Top 5 Best Dessert Spots in Myrtle BEach

As you’re planning your next getaway to Myrtle Beach and cramming in all the attractions and entertainment, don’t forget to leave room for dessert! The Grand Strand is home to plenty of restaurants with unique treats, but here are a few that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth:

5. Peace, Love, and Little Donuts

Most of the time donuts are considered breakfast food, but these little creations are so delicious—they’re a sweet treat that can be enjoyed any time of day! Located in The Market Common, Peace, Love and Little Donuts creates a variety of funkadelic donuts with creative toppings including Fruity Pebbles, S’mores, Raspberry Truffle, Buttafinga, Heath Wind and Fire, and Strawberry French Toast… to name a few. There’s even a Dirt donut complete with a gummy worm on top! For a deliciously unique donut, check out Peace, Love and Little Donuts.

4. Crepe Creation Cafe

You don’t have to travel all the way to Paris to enjoy a handmade crepe. Simply visit Crepe Creation Cafe at The Market Common, a family-owned restaurant that creates sweet treats and savory delights. Since we’re highlighting desserts, we’ll dish out the details on all of the delicious dessert ingredients. Choose from a variety of crepes that are filled with Nutella, chocolate mousse, strawberries, blueberry compote, ricotta cheese sweetened with honey, peanut butter, or homemade apple filling. We recommend ordering the Dessert Crepe Sampler Plate so you’re able to try half portions of three crepes. Visit Crepe Creation Cafe for a one-of-a-kind dessert crepe!

3. Peaches corner

If you’re hoping for a taste of history when you dig into dessert, Peaches Corner is sure to be right up your alley. Located on Ocean Boulevard in the heart of Myrtle Beach, this corner restaurant has been serving up old fashioned hamburgers, hot dogs, and fries to beachgoers since 1937. And the dessert they’re known for? Handspun milkshakes. They offer a variety of flavors including vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, cookie dough, peach, pecan, birthday cake, and Oreo. Grab a barstool and enjoy sipping on a classic milkshake at Peaches Corner!

2. Collector's Cafe and Gallery

Collector’s Cafe is a local art gallery and restaurant all in one. On display right when you step through the door, you’ll find a variety of homemade cakes and cheesecakes that are works of art themselves. Select the one you want and order an espresso martini or cup of coffee to compliment your sweet treat. For desserts as beautiful as the artwork decorating the wall, check out Collector’s Cafe and Gallery.

1. Sea Captain's House

With an in-house dessert chef, it’s no wonder the oceanfront Sea Captain’s House tops the list for one of the best dessert restaurants in Myrtle Beach. While they’re known for their fresh, local seafood, their decadent cakes and pies have made a name for themselves as well. Their selection of desserts includes hummingbird cake, key lime pie, chocolate bourbon pecan pie, and hot fudge sauce cake. During the holidays, they even sell a variety of seasonal desserts that are perfect for a gift or bring to any holiday party. We’re not sure what’s sweeter at Sea Captain’s… the desserts or the oceanfront view.
